If you do not agree with any of these terms, you are prohibited from using or accessing this site. The materials contained in this website and our digital products are protected by applicable copyright and trademark law.

2. Use License & Access

Permission is granted to temporarily access the TrueAuthor KDP software platform and download associated digital guides for personal, commercial use (specifically for publishing books).

This is the grant of a software access license, not a transfer of title, and under this license you may not:

• Modify, reverse engineer, decompile, or attempt to extract the source code of the TrueAuthor KDP web application or underlying AI prompts;
• Resell or share your account credentials with third parties, or use your account to offer "book generation services" to others unless specifically granted Agency Rights;
• Remove any copyright or other proprietary notations from the platform materials; or
• Transfer the materials or account access to another person or "mirror" the software on any other server.

This license shall automatically terminate if you violate any of these restrictions and may be terminated by TrueAuthor KDP at any time.

3. Intellectual Property (You Own Your Books)

100% User Ownership: We believe authors should own their work. You retain 100% intellectual property rights, copyright, and ownership of all manuscripts, outlines, and books generated by you using the TrueAuthor KDP software. TrueAuthor KDP claims absolutely zero rights, royalties, or ownership over the content you create and publish.

4. Acceptable Use & Anti-Abuse Policy

TrueAuthor KDP utilizes high-cost AI infrastructure to generate premium book content. To ensure a stable and fast experience for all users, the following abusive behaviors are strictly prohibited:

• Using automated scripts, bots, or scraping tools to interact with the TrueAuthor KDP generation engine.
• Abusing the API or intentionally attempting to bypass generation limits to mass-produce spam content.
• Using the engine to generate illegal, hateful, explicit, or copyright-infringing material.

We reserve the right to immediately suspend or terminate any account found to be engaging in abusive behavior, without prior notice and without a refund.

5. Disclaimer

The software and materials on TrueAuthor KDP's website are provided on an 'as is' basis. TrueAuthor KDP makes no warranties, expressed or implied, and hereby disclaims and negates all other warranties including, without limitation, implied warranties or conditions of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, or non-infringement of intellectual property or other violation of rights.

6. Refund Policy

TrueAuthor KDP offers a 30-day money-back guarantee. If you are not satisfied with the product within 30 days of your purchase, you may request a full refund by contacting our support desk. Upon receiving a refund, your software access will be immediately revoked.

7. Governing Law

These terms and conditions are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws and you irrevocably submit to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts in that location.
